Privacy Policy

StockistScout (“the service”, “we”) is a service of Aharon & Ita Corp, a company based in Florida, United States. Our agents find stores that may carry our customers’ products and write to them on those customers’ behalf. This policy explains what data we handle, about whom, why, and for how long. The service is not open yet; this policy applies from when it opens and, today, to this website.

1. Visitors to this website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Your language choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and never reaches us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.

Waitlist. If you join, we keep what you type in the form: your email, company, website, what you sell and the language you choose. The form sends it to our server at api.binsusa.com, run by the same company; we do not store your IP address. We use it only to tell you when we open and to see whether we can help, and we delete it whenever you ask.

2. Our customers

When you open an account, we will handle:

  • Account data: your name, your email and your password (stored as a hash, never in plain text).
  • Questionnaire answers: your business details, products and prices, your ideal customer, your offer, the reply-to address and the postal address shown in the emails.
  • Your templates and the outcome of their review.
  • Billing data: your plan and your payments. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.

3. The stores we contact

To find stores we use public business information, such as store websites and other public business sources. We handle business contact details only: the store’s name, website, location, business email address and, where it is public, the buying contact. We also keep why the store fits a customer and what happens to each email: delivered, bounced, opened, clicked, replied or unsubscribed.

We write only to businesses, never to consumers, and at launch only to recipients in the United States. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. Anyone who unsubscribes goes on our suppression list and gets no more emails from that customer through us; we keep only what is needed to honour that. Each store receives one email and at most one follow-up 7 days later; after that, nothing through StockistScout for 90 days.

If you received an email from us and want to know what we hold about your business, or want it deleted, email us at sales@stockistscout.com or reply to the email. If we delete it, we keep only your address on the suppression list so we never write to you again.

4. How we use it

  • To find stores that fit each customer’s ideal customer, write to them on that customer’s behalf, and show the results on their dashboard.
  • To review templates, apply sending limits, the 90-day rule and opt-outs, and protect email deliverability.
  • To bill plans and support customers.

We do not sell data, about customers or stores, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who processes it for us

  • Anthropic (AI provider, United States): to find stores, draft and review emails. Under its commercial terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models.
  • Resend (email delivery, United States): delivers the emails and reports deliveries, bounces and complaints.
  • Stripe (payments, United States): processes payments.
  • Render (hosting, United States): runs the service, its database and this website.

6. Retention

A customer’s data is kept while the account is active and deleted within 90 days after it is closed, except billing records the law requires us to keep. For stores, we keep business contact details while they are useful to the service and delete them on request; the suppression list and the minimal record behind the 90-day rule are kept as long as needed to honour them.

7. Security

Data travels encrypted (HTTPS). Access is limited to the people who operate the service. No system is perfect; if an incident affected you, we would tell you as the law requires.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Depending on where you live, the law may give you other rights; we honour them. We will answer within the legal time limits.

9. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell customers by email.
