From your description to a store that replies, in five steps.
You say what you sell, to whom, and on what terms. Your agent searches, writes and sends within limits that do not bend. You see every step and answer whoever replies.
Answer the questionnaire
It is detailed on purpose: the better you describe your business and your customer, the better the stores your agent finds and the better it writes to them. You can change your answers at any time.
- Your business
- Name, website, industry, products and wholesale prices.
- Your ideal customer
- Store type, niche, area, size, signs that a store fits, exclusions, and 3 to 5 example stores.
- Your offer
- Minimum order, payment terms, samples, an opening discount and what you want the store to do next; plus the tone and language of the emails.
Tune and approve
Before anything is sent, your agent shows you 10 sample stores with the reason each one fits. You approve or correct them, and the search is tuned from that.
Then comes the email template. Every template, new or edited, stays “Pending approval” until it passes review. If something needs to change, it comes back with the changes requested.
Daily sending, within limits
Every day your agent finds new stores and writes each one its own email, under your business name, from our dedicated sending domain.
Your dashboard
Every store contacted, with why it fits, and what happened next. From there you pause or resume an agent and edit the template; an edited template goes back to review before it sends.
Replies land in your inbox
Your email is the reply-to address. When a store answers, it writes to you, in the mail app you already use. From there the conversation, the samples and the first order are yours, with no commission.
