The large plans start smaller and move up each month
A new account cannot send thousands of emails from day one without ending up in spam, so sending rises step by step (the ramp). So that you never pay for emails that cannot go out yet, if you choose Pro, Scale, Business, Premium or Enterprise you start on a smaller plan, and your plan moves up on its own each month until it reaches the one you chose.
| Plan you choose | Month 1 | Month 2 | Month 3 onward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic · Starter · Plus · Growth | your plan | your plan | your plan |
| Pro | Growth $249.99 | Pro $499.99 | Pro $499.99 |
| Scale | Growth $249.99 | Scale $699.99 | Scale $699.99 |
| Business | Growth $249.99 | Business $899.99 | Business $899.99 |
| Premium | Growth $249.99 | Business $899.99 | Premium $1,199.99 |
| Enterprise (2 domains) | Pro $499.99 | Enterprise $1,499.99 | Enterprise $1,499.99 |
With one sending domain about 1,640 emails can go out in month 1 and about 8,700 in month 2; Enterprise uses two domains, so twice that: about 3,280 and 17,500. Each month you get the emails and agents of the plan you pay for that month. If a week has bounces or complaints, the ramp holds and the move up waits until it can climb. You can cancel anytime.
The sending ramp: why your plan does not go out on day one
A new sender that sends a lot at once ends up in spam, and your name with it. So every account starts at a cap of 25 emails a day, which rises 50% each week up to 500 a day per sending domain. Enterprise sends from two domains, each with its own ramp, so it can reach 1,000 a day. The ramp climbs only after a healthy week: bounces under 2% and no complaints. If not, it holds where it is until it is.
| Plan | Emails a month | Daily pace it needs | Reaches it in | First month, at most |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | 200 | ~7 | week 1 (day 1) | 200 |
| Starter | 500 | ~17 | week 1 (day 1) | 500 |
| Plus | 1,000 | ~34 | week 2 (day 8) | 1,000 |
| Growth | 2,000 | ~67 | week 4 (day 22) | ~1,640 |
| Pro | 5,000 | ~167 | week 6 (day 36) | ~1,640 |
| Scale | 7,500 | 250 | week 7 (day 43) | ~1,640 |
| Business | 10,000 | ~334 | week 8 (day 50) | ~1,640 |
| Premium | 15,000 | 500 | week 9 (day 57) | ~1,640 |
| Enterprise (2 domains) | 20,000 | ~667 | week 8 (day 50) | ~3,280 |
Daily cap by week, per sending domain: 25, 37, 55, 82, 123, 184, 276, 414, then 500. Worked out on 30-day months, assuming every week is healthy. You never pay for emails the ramp cannot send yet: until the ramp reaches your plan, each month is billed as the smallest plan that covers what it can send, and never more than your plan. By month 3 every plan is billed at its full price. If the ramp holds after an unhealthy week, the bill follows what it actually allows. There is also a platform-wide sending limit shared by all customers.
Billing questions
Do you take a commission on my sales?
No, never. You pay the monthly plan and nothing else. The orders you win are yours, in full.
What counts as an email?
Each email your agent sends to a store, including the single follow-up sent 7 days later to a store that did not reply. If you write to the same store again once its 90 days are over, that email counts too. Finding stores, drafting, review and the dashboard do not use up emails.
What happens when I reach the month’s limit?
Your agents stop sending until your plan’s next month starts, or until you move up a plan. You are never charged extra without asking for it.
How am I billed?
Monthly, by card. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, whenever you want. No contract: if you cancel, you are not charged again.
Is there a catch to the trial?
It is 50 emails, once per business, at no cost, with the same rules and the same review as any plan.
What if I skip the trial?
You do not lose those 50 emails. If you choose a plan without having used the trial, they are added to your first month: 250 on Basic, 550 on Starter, 1,050 on Plus, 2,050 on Growth, and so on for every plan. From the second month you get the plan’s normal amount. The daily ramp still applies, so on the larger plans the first month will not all go out.
