Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of StockistScout (“the service”), by Aharon & Ita Corp (“we”). The service is not open yet; these terms will apply to every account from when it opens, and opening an account means accepting them.

1. What the service does

AI agents look for stores and businesses that fit the ideal customer you describe, write to them on behalf of your business under your business name and reply-to address, and show you the results on a dashboard. The service is for business-to-business (B2B) communication only.

2. Your account and your information

  • You must represent a real business and have the authority for us to write on its behalf.
  • The information you give us (products, prices, offer, postal address, reply-to) must be true and current. You are responsible for honouring what your emails offer.
  • Your products and offer must be lawful and must not infringe anyone else’s rights.
  • Store replies come to you; the conversation, the orders and the business relationship are yours.

3. Review and sending rules

To protect recipients, your name and the deliverability of every customer:

  • Every new or edited template is reviewed before use. We may approve it, return it with changes, or reject it. Nothing is sent on an unapproved template.
  • We apply a daily cap with a ramp, and we may pause sending, for example if bounces exceed 2% or complaints arrive.
  • Each store receives one email and at most one follow-up 7 days later if it does not reply; after that, no email through StockistScout within 90 days, from any customer.
  • Every email includes one-click unsubscribe and a postal address, and we honour every opt-out.
  • The service is built to follow CAN-SPAM. Template review, including automated AI review, is a safeguard, not legal advice: it does not guarantee that an email meets every law that applies to you, and you remain responsible for your emails and your offer complying with them.
  • At launch, we write only to recipients in the United States.

4. No guaranteed results

We do not guarantee sales, orders, replies, or any number of opens or clicks. Opens are approximate because of how some mail apps work. Results depend on, among other things, your product, your price and your offer.

5. Fees and billing

  • The trial includes 50 emails, once per business, at no cost.
  • Plans are billed monthly in advance, by card, through Stripe, at the prices published on the pricing page. A plan’s emails are for its month.
  • You can cancel at any time; you will not be charged again. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next month.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to write to consumers; to offer illegal, counterfeit or infringing products; to make false or misleading claims; to use other companies’ brands or names without the right to; or to try to get around the sending rules or overload the service.

7. Your content

Your information, templates and trademarks remain yours. You permit us to use them only to provide the service: finding stores, drafting and sending your emails, and showing you the results.

8. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaches these terms or puts recipients or other customers’ deliverability at risk. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We work to keep the service available and working well, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, we will give reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You will hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your products, your offer or the information you gave us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
